Video Streaming-Project Manager
Infosys is seeking a seasoned Video Streaming-Project Manager to own and drive the end-to-end operations program for our Streaming Support Services. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage service reliability, lead incident and change management, and continuously improve operational processes across OTT platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Experience in Media/Video domain, with strong end-to-end knowledge of video platforms, products, and operations back office.
Proven experience in Streaming operations, including monitoring and controlling OTT content delivery environments.
Knowledge and usage of ABR protocols such as HLS and DASH
Working experience with CDN technologies and providers
Proficiency in Video Monitoring tools such as Ineoquest, Harmonic VOS and Visualization tools such as Grafana.
Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for documentation, issue tracking, and knowledge management.
Experience in alert management, and service ownership, especially for OTT Stream applications.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred skills:
Technical proficiency in monitoring tools and dashboards, with a focus on continuous enhancement.
Proven track record of process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
Experience collaborating with engineering/development teams to drive automation and operational feedback loops.
Understanding of cloud and modern infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CDN, Microservices, and databases.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide, support, and develop teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the team and align cross-functional efforts.
Commitment to continuous quality and process improvement, in collaboration with other departments.
Self-directed and resourceful work ethic, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
