UX Designer
Infosys is seeking a strong UX/UI Designer - In this role you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products, with a focus on both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the final product is both functional and visually appealing. Your responsibilities will include Design, architecture and document solutions to ensure maintainability and conduct reviews to ensure solutions follow best practice and solve the business problem. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
This position is based out of Denver Saint louis, MO, Charlotte ,NC. Candidate can work from anywhere in the USA and or Remote during MST or CST or EST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and technology. Efficient design solutions that are aligned with overall business goals.
• Experience in Product Management, Mobile Applications, Visual Design, User Interviews.
• Experience with Mobile Design, Human Computer Interaction, Cross functional collaboration.
• Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD and CSS.
• Design, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems.
Preferred Skills.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience in Microsoft office, Website management and analytics.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

"Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ: $ 96000 to $134,440
In Washington, DC: $85,600 to $129,000
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
