Short Description:
Infosys Australia is looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join their business and be part of a fun, supportive and collaborative team. This role is based in Sydney, NSW. As part of a close-knit HR team, you will be responsible for the employees across Australia and provide support across a range of HR activities while also having the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR partner to the business, understanding their goals and aligning HR initiatives to support them. Should be able to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
- Create value and commercial impact by delivering HR strategies.
- Provide advice on strategic people solutions and drive key people initiatives.
- Set people strategies based on data and insights to prioritize key actions and drive business performance.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze survey results, and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.
- Partner with business leaders to identify learning and development needs; collaborate with L&D team to design and implement solutions.
- Support compensation and benefits planning and rollouts during annual and ad-hoc cycles. Need to have the ability to formalize the compensation strategy keeping in view the business need and GEO nuances.
- Contribution to HR initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organizational effectiveness
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters including team dynamics, conflict resolution, and HR policy.
- Analyse HR metrics and dashboards to influence decision-making and monitor effectiveness of HR programs.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Work closely with the senior business stakeholders with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- This is a managerial role with 2/3 team members reporting.
- Need to manage NSW/Canberra/Perth/QLD regions, will involve travel within Australia.
Essential
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycle is mandatory
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR partner, change management & HR Analytics.
- Strong Employee Relation experience in managing investigations and disciplinary measures within the framework of internal policy and local legislation
- Experience in working in multicultural, international business and working across multiple time zones
- Tertiary Qualification
- 10+ years of HR experience (preferably Business Partnering)
- Experience in an ICT / Professional Services organization will be preferred
- Strong Knowledge of ANZ specific practices and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience working in diverse and multi-cultural environments
- Experience managing stakeholders with confidence, flexibility and autonomy
- Sound administration and organization skills with a proactive, "can do" attitude
- Capacity to multi-task and work autonomously
