We are looking for a candidate with:
English min. B2
Minimum 2 year of experience with treasury, accounts payable (Payments), banking
SAP MBC module experienced
F&A background will be an asset
Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system,
Team player and supportive for other team members.
Good organization, keep the documentation in order, ensure the accuracy and completeness of data/materials/products
Focus on continuous improvement of accounting processes to increase quality and efficiency
Handle inquiries from internal customers and outsourcing partners in a timely manner.
Build positive working relationships
Your key activities:
Implementation of SAP MBC for various countries/ entities on basis of global template using mainly SWIFT systems
Support for local bank connectivity
Testing, documentation, and end-user training
Act as a Coordinator/Manager support,
Act as Treasury subject matter expert and actively share knowledge with other team members,
Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements regarding quality and productivity and support in its implementation,
Prepare reports for Group Treasury,
Being a point of contact for the banks, actively address issues to the bank and work on its resolution in a timely manner
Assist with month end reporting,
