TIBCO Administrator
Infosys is seeking a Tibco Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO Administration and CI/CD implementations. You will implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the assigned business applications, conforming to architectural standards, drive continuous integration and improvements and provide production support.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St. Louis, MO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring TIBCO TRA, TIBCO Business Works 5.X, 6.X, TIBCO Administrator, TEA, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Adapters and other TIBCO plug-ins.
- Involve in TEA configuration and deployment method, APPnodes/APPSpaces /DB sizing and installation.
- Configure TIBCO EMS highly available/fault tolerant servers, queues, topics, routes, zones, users and groups.
- Use Jenkins tool to automate the build process.
- Installing and configuring Jenkins master and slave nodes. Build CI/CD pipeline and manage the infrastructure as code using shell script.
- Automate the continuous integration and deployments using Jenkins, Anisble Tower and Docker.
- Worke on Docker container to create Docker images for different environments.
- Administer users and Library Management, access levels, rights and folder structure.
- Evaluate log files and implemented performance tuning.
- Implement system modifications as per established requirements.
- Virtualize the servers using Docker for the test environments and dev-environments needs, also configuration automation using Docker containers.
- Document and maintain practices for system installations and configurations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on TIBCO administration approaches, process re-engineering and design.
- Experience project from initiation and requirements-gathering stage all the way to completion.
- Design, implementation, and manage TIBCO domains including resource management, security policy management, and application management
- Generation of the TIBCO Hawk Rule Bases for monitoring the TIBCO Business Works engines, TIBCO Adapters, EMS Server and Log files.
- Troubleshooting and tuning TIBCO installations, Business works processes and TIBCO Spotfire.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on TIBCO administration approaches, re-engineering and design.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Strong experience as TIBCO Administrator
- Skilled in analyzing the defect fixing, Deployments, Hawk Rule Creation, TIBCO Administrator support and maintenance.
- Familiar with issues in design and implementation of various TIBCO adapters.
- Experience in creating Docker Containers leveraging existing Linux Containers and AMI's in addition to creating Docker Containers from scratch.
- Deployment of container service using Ansible tower on Docker
- Strong analytical, oral, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
