SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a QA Lead to develop and execute test plans, estimate and manage testing activities, and oversee test analysts to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include defect management, test environment planning, reporting on quality metrics, and supporting SIT and UAT phases. The role also involves contributing to the development of automated testing frameworks for streamlined processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute test plans working collaboratively with Project Managers Business and Technical SME and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Plan and estimate testing activities including test cycles, resources.
  • Onboard and manage the test analysts ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Defect management and triage working with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects
  • Manage the test reporting, quality metrics and defect management processes for different testing phases ( eg: SIT, UAT).
  • Plan and manage test environments and test data activities.
  • Contributing to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Team Leadership and Management experince
  • Test Reporting and Metrics experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years
Must Have:
  • English Speaking is ok, Cantonese/ Mandarin Chinese having advantage
