Job Description
- Masters or bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or Relevant training
- Expertise in end to end testing - Functional, Integration, Regression
- Expertise in Test Planning, strategy, test cases design and execution, release testing
- Solid experience and knowledge in defect management, defect life-cycle, triaging
- Proficiency in Accessibility testing: WCAG, A / AA / AAA levels
- Expertise in database testing and SQL / noSQL
- Ability to understand code and debug issues and find root cause
- Problem solving and diagnostic mindset: root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated and ability to lead teams and drive initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast paced SAFe agile/scrum development process. Experience working in Spotify model is added advantage
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities at project level
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of various non-functional testing aspects: Resiliency, performance, scalability, availability, security etc.
- Good knowledge in Unix / Linux commands
- Knowledge in testing web and mobile applications - both front end and backend
- Knowledge in API Testing - REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT / Stash
