Infosys is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst / Test Analyst with Experience in Automation testing
As a QA Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience in Telecom Domain

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Experience testing APIs and using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL for data validation.
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools like JIRA, one confluence
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium.
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Identifying testing risks and dependencies
- Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Conduct regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA methodologies and tools.
