Technology Lead - Oracle Fusion Cloud

This role serves as the primary onsite lead for both Oracle Fusion support operations and strategic initiatives for the client. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day support across P2P, Finance, and Inventory modules, with a strong focus on technical ownership and integration management, while also driving quarterly enhancements and new projects for the client.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Own and manage all Oracle Fusion support activities across P2P (high focus), Finance, and Inventory modules including Incident, Service and Change ticket management.
  • Lead technical components including BIP/OTBI reports, ESS jobs, and 85+ integrations using OIC and SQL.
  • Coordinate with a 6-member internal team to drive both support and enhancement work.
  • Work with Oracle Support for SR management and issue resolution.
  • Ensure smooth Fusion quarterly upgrade activities by coordinating internally for regression testing and new feature explorations.
  • Drive quarterly initiatives, enhancements and long-term strategic projects for client.
  • Collaborate with client business and tech teams for issue resolution, reporting, and compliance. Help business teams with period close activities within Oracle.
  • Support SOX compliance and external audit requirements.
  • Submit weekly effort reports and timesheets.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion (OIC, BIP, OTBI, SQL)
  • Deep understanding of P2P processes; basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance and Inventory
  • Experience in managing integrations and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience managing a small Functional team (2-3 members) is a plus.
Willingness and ability to work in a global delivery model, collaborating across time zones and cultures.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: $89004 TO $115491
