Technology Lead
Infosys is seeking an Technology Lead who will be responsible for providing support for the implementation of Grafana for one of our clients. The candidate will participate in design , build, and delivery of Grafana dashboards as per application team requirements. Candidate will take full ownership from requirements gathering to Platform engineering discipline to drive Observability across Line of business. Candidate will work with applicaon teams on the design, deployment, and connous improvement of Observability requirements (i.e., logging, monitoring, and alerting).Candidate will work closely with various Stakeholders, conducting TableTop Discussions, performing Value Analysis to help define new opportunities and proposed automation solutions. Identify and drive the right balance between Monitoring and efficiency gains, continually pushing to achieve higher levels of Stability.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

- 7 + years of experience in creation of robust Grafana dashboards for comprehensive end-to-end monitoring.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production support monitoring, with a keen understanding of the metrics that matter to both technology teams and management.
- Require experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, microservices, Spark, and log aggregation, as well as proficiency in Unix and Python for custom scripting.
- Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow to build insightful dashboards.
- Familiarity with working in a Cloud based environment (i.e. AWS)
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and independently minded
- Ability to work in an Agile Development Environment and using Jira
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-Motivated, detail oriented, and organized
- Methodical approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge both distributed and Cloud Environments (Public and Private Cloud is a PLUS)
- Financial domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- General multi-tier application architecture knowledge is a plus
- Application Development experience is a plus
- Provide support for the implementation of Grafana

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491
