The IT VIP Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-touch, personalized technical support to our executive team and other designated VIP users. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a deep understanding of various technologies, and the ability to resolve complex issues quickly and discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations
Your role:
• Provide proactive and reactive IT support to VIP users, including executives and senior management.
• Responsible for the VIP hotline at the site
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripherals.
• Support a wide range of applications, including Microsoft 365 suite, video conferencing tools, and specialized business applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
• Assist with VIP meeting setups, presentations, and audio/visual requirements.
• Ensure the security and data integrity of VIP devices and information.
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Network, Systems, Security) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and guidance to VIP users on new technologies and best practices.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Train other field services engineers in the VIP support area to act as backup
Required:
5+ years of experience in IT support, with a significant portion dedicated to VIP or executive support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• German (Fluent) and English (Fluent)
Preferred:
Relevant certifications, e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified.
