We are looking for an Azure Cloud Specialist for Azure Virtual Desktop to join the End User Computing team on its journey to success.
You will be part of the team to enrich consumers' lives through technology, whether they come to client online or visit their stores. This is done by solving technology problems and meeting core human needs across a range of areas, including entertainment, productivity, communication, food, safety and health.

• Supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): managing AVD host pools, workspaces, application groups, Azure Storage accounts
• User and Customer support: supporting AVD users, troubleshooting user incidents in JIRA
• Maintenance: Building OS images for AVD hosts
• Monitoring: managing Log Analytics and Azure Monitor
• Documentation: Careful documentation of all relevant information and decisions related to AVD environment

• Understanding of Azure portal, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Basic understanding of Windows server environment (Active Directory, Group policies)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DHCP)
• Being good at ensuring good performance while maintaining cost efficiency
• Very good level of English (oral and written) is a must
