We are looking for a Python Developer to join the End User Computing team on its journey to success.
You will be part of the team to enrich consumers' lives through technology, whether they come to clients online or visit their stores. This is done by solving technology problems and meeting core human needs across a range of areas, including entertainment, productivity, communication, food, safety and health.

We're looking for medior, and senior professionals to take on the following responsibilities:

• Prompt Design: Create and fine-tune text-based prompts to guide AI models toward desired outputs.
• Testing & Iteration: Continuously test AI responses and refine prompts to improve performance and relevance.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and content creators to align prompts with business goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze AI outputs to identify areas for improvement.
• Algorithm Support: Assist in developing or refining algorithms that enhance prompt effectiveness.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, NLP, and machine learning to apply best practices.

What do we expect from you?

• Understanding of generative AI models and natural language processing.
• Good written communication in EN.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with tools like ChatGPT or similar.
• Familiarity with programming language Python - experience with Python scripting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
