Technology Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Data Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Policy Advisory & Compliance / Stakeholder Management
- Support the management of Consent Order metrics.
- Advise metric contacts on third-party policy adherence.
- Assist in preparing for Risk, MRA, and Audit reviews
- Track and support execution of metric portfolio changes.
- Tooling Enhancement
- Contribute to technology enhancements for improved user experience.
- Assist in automating controls and streamlining reporting processes.
- Data Analysis
- Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews
- Analyze trends and identify gaps in reporting data.
- Support remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting or compliance processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 70954 to $ 105007
