Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Automic Workload Automation (UC4) tools and processes.
• Agent, Workflows and Jobs management and Configuration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure smooth operation.
• Incidents logged in ServiceNow must be addressed in real-time.
• Assist end-users with issues related to job scheduling, dependencies, and workflow orchestration.
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and communicate findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting steps to colleagues and management.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless integration of automation processes.
• Data analysis and customization wherever possible.
• Document issues and new learnings to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Lead the team and provide training to ensure they become self-sufficient in handling issues independently.

Technical Skills:

Automic, SQL.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Automic, SQL, Windows, Linux, Scripting, Job Scheduler.
• Proven experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4).
• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts, job dependencies, and workflow orchestration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
• Ready to learn new technologies.

Preferred

It would be beneficial to have the following additional skills.

• Application data integrations, Informatica, BI, RunMyJobs by Redwood etc.
