Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Santiago, Chile (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, foster collaboration, and drive agile maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Guide teams through Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and foster a productive environment for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and agile metrics to stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformations and coach teams on Agile methodologies.
• Promote alignment across squads using SAFe and Scrum of Scrums frameworks.
• Lead workshops on Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, and Agile best practices.
• Ensure delivery of business value through effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Shape Up.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Figma, and Power BI.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency; Spanish fluency required.

Preferred Certifications:

• Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC)
• Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC)
• Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate (KEPC)
