Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Santiago, Chile (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, foster collaboration, and drive agile maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Guide teams through Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster a productive environment for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and agile metrics to stakeholders.
- Support Agile transformations and coach teams on Agile methodologies.
- Promote alignment across squads using SAFe and Scrum of Scrums frameworks.
- Lead workshops on Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, and Agile best practices.
- Ensure delivery of business value through effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Shape Up.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Figma, and Power BI.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency; Spanish fluency required.
- Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC)
- Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC)
- Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate (KEPC)
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering real value.
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Passion for mentoring and empowering teams.
