Technical Project Lead
Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Lead. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Newark (Delaware), Plano (TX), Addison (TX) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
4+ years in technology industry with exposure to technology development and leading tech teams. NOT required to be hands on currently
2.5 years related to project management experience
Experience with banking & lending technology, credit card technology strongly desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including management of senior stakeholders
Team player who is comfortable leading cross functional teams inclusive of business, operations and technology

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
