Infosys is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex software development initiatives across our full-stack engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have working experience with React and Java technologies, combined with strong program management skills to drive cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, TN or willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
7+ years of technical program management experience leading complex software development projects

5+ years of experience with Java application development, including Spring Framework and microservices architecture
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical initiatives on time and within budget
Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers across multiple disciplines
Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and project tracking software
Strong understanding of full-stack web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and agile development methodologies
Leadership & Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
Experience mentoring junior team members and building high-performing engineering cultures
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities
Key Responsibilities would include-
Program Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across development lifecycles
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on technical architecture and delivery goals
• Track and report on program metrics, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership
• Drive technical decision-making processes and resolve architectural disagreements between teams
• Collaborate with engineering leads to optimize development workflows and deployment processes
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with product managers, engineering directors, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations affecting program delivery
• Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless product delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
