Tanium System Administrator

Infosys is seeking for a Tanium System Administrator to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ, or Raleigh, NC, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or Houston, TX, or Providence, RI, or Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to these areas Infosys HUB locations. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Responsibilities:
• Tanium: The System administrator needs to work on multiple modules, including Comply, Deploy, and Patch.

• Tanium weekly releases: The administrator needs to comply with the new release, understand the impact of each release carefully, and follow up on implementation and complications.
• Tanium Customer Support: Ensuring business continuity, the administrator needs to ensure platform availability. Provide support to business users of the Tool.
• Tanium compliance: Weekly and quarterly compliance reports to ensure adherence to policies and readiness for any spontaneous Audits.
• Tanium documentation: Continuous update to all SOPs and training materials for support personnel.
• CrowdStrike: System administrator for managed solution. The administrator will provide support and ensure the platform complies with relevant policies.
• CrowdStrike Troubleshooting: Exceptional in troubleshooting skills to find the root cause analysis and provided complete reports to the business.
• CrowdStrike Compliance: Dashboards and reports for current compliance on weekly and quarterly periods or on demand as needed.
• CrowdStrike Support and documentation: Provide support to all business affiliates and ensure sufficient privileges to perform required duties. SOPs are reviewed and updated as needed to ensure full compliance with platform changes and updates.
• Absolute compliance: The administrator will keep track of licensing and endpoint compliance with security controls.
• Absolute support and documentation: SOP must be updated as needed to ensure the business affiliates are aware of the workflow process. Please follow up on and document technical support cases if necessary to ensure smooth tool functionality.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
