Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Senior Process Executive

  • Co-ordinate administration for HR related matter.
  • Prepare employment offer letter.
  • Assist in conducting pre-employment check.
  • Maintain and update HR related information and documents in system.
  • Assist in scheduling interview as per approved guidelines if required.
  • Checking and confirming that all the details are correctly generated by the system.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes; preferably someone from shared service environment
