- Co-ordinate administration for HR related matter.
- Prepare employment offer letter.
- Assist in conducting pre-employment check.
- Maintain and update HR related information and documents in system.
- Assist in scheduling interview as per approved guidelines if required.
- Checking and confirming that all the details are correctly generated by the system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes; preferably someone from shared service environment
