Infosys is seeking an System Analyst. In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in IT Analyst with Quote to Cash experience, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Minimum hands-on experience on Python, SQL, Java, Cisco Commerce - Quote, Ordering, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub.
- Experience in CI/CD QA Engineer, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery: sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
- Strong experience in continuous deployment process to build, qualify, and distribute application code and onboard.
- Experience in Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and SharePoint for project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Software development life cycle.
- Handson Experience with Python, SQL, Java, Commerce - Quote, Ordering, cloud/data platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and system scalability strategies.
- Background in SaaS or cloud-native product development environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
