SURE/Senior Consultant -Environmental Data & Application Services
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Consultant - Environmental Data & Application Services to support and lead digital transformation initiatives focused on environmental data management and analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Earth Soft EQuIS, including SPM and Collect modules, and a strong foundation in environmental regulations across international markets.
This role requires a proactive leader who can strategize, implement, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintain sophisticated data systems while supporting business growth and client success. Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations, guidelines, standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, engineers, scientists, and other environmental professionals, to deliver successful solutions and achieve project objectives Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement environmental database systems, including EQuIS platforms
- Oversee environmental data integration using EDDs (Electronic Data Deliverables)
- Provide technical support for database architecture using EQuIS, EDGE, and SPM
- Coordinate with global teams on environmental standards (US, Canada, Europe, India)
- Guide project teams in data & document preparation, visualization, and quality assurance
- Develop guidelines and documentation for regulatory soil and groundwater compliance
- Engage with labs and project teams to ensure centralized, structured data management
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (master's or Ph.D.) is preferred.
- Minimum of [10] years of relevant professional experience in SER or related domain, preferably within environmental consulting/services.
- Experience with environmental - drilling techniques, soil/groundwater sampling, and well installations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex environmental data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in EQuIS, SQL databases, and data mapping
- Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations
- Proven track record of stakeholder communication and global project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stake hold.
