Infosys is seeking a Supply Chain Product Owner in Retail Domain. As a consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, client management and reporting.
- At least 2 years leading and managing team.
- Product development and management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful digital products.
- Retail and CPG, experience of having worked with data and knowledge of processes in areas of supply chain.
- Enable domain guidance on project activities as it relates to data integration, analysis and visualizations and other analytical solutions.
- The ability to work well across departments and in a team environment, SCRUM experience will be a plus.
- Collaborate with customer teams across multiple business functions.
- Concrete experience managing complex digital products which have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to execute methodically while also thinking strategically.

- Demonstrated ability to lead high performance cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a way of life.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
