Sr. Project Testing Manager - Telecom domain
Infosys is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with Quality Engineering experience in Telecom Domain.
As a Sr. PM , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
- 10+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a project manager role.
- Strong domain knowledge in telecom systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working in offshore and onsite model.

- Familiarity with API & Automation Testing.
- Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and their application to QA.
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.), and best practices across multiple projects.
- Define and drive the overall QA strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and product roadmaps.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of QA efforts.
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex QA projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among QA teams, development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal team productivity.
