Sr Consultant - Oracle Cloud PPM

Infosys seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - Oracle Cloud PPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and proven experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud solutions. This role requires strong client engagement skills, business process knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  

• 4 years of Information Technology experience
  

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud PPM modules such as:
  

• Project Financial Management (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Assets)
  

• Project Execution Management (Project Management, Resource Management, Grants Management)
  

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  

• Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design.
  

• Configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  

• Collaborate with technical teams (integration, reporting, data migration) to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery.
  

• Lead system testing, UAT support and cutover activities.
  

• Provide post-implementation support and drive system enhancements.
  

• Mentor junior consultants and support project leadership with project planning and status reporting.
  

• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly release updates, assess impacts, and recommend adoption strategies.
  

• Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  

• Good experience in Oracle PPM (EBS and/or Cloud) with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
  

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Planning, Resource Management, etc.).
  

• Good understanding of project accounting, project contracts, budgeting, and capital project processes.
  

• Experience with integrations between PPM and other Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM).
  

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud best practices and ability to guide clients through process improvements.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  

• Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and provide advisory-level guidance.

• Oracle Cloud PPM certification(s) preferred.
