Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with Spanish

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with Spanish
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Support the e-sourcing process by managing project classification, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Support the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process by managing eSourcing events, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sourcing documentation and analysis.
Provide regular KPI delivery reports to stakeholders.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with buyer requirements.
Respond to supplier inquiries regarding event content and tender specifics (commercial and technical).
Generate bid summaries and assist in supplier shortlisting.

Requirements:
2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing support roles.
Spanish and English min. B2
Strong analytical skills for project classification.
Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting.
Familiarity with eSourcing tools and platforms. ( Ariba)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
