Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with English and Polish

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with English and Polish
Location: Lodz - hybrid

Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders creation & changes in SAP
General mailbox monitoring and handling client queries
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers
Dispute Management - ability to analysis of issues and provide corrective actions
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets

Requirements:
About 2 years of experience in sourcing and procurement domain
English min. B2
Fluent Polish
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
Strong analytical skills
Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
Experience in reporting area
Good team player
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
Frequent analysis of the request's status and implementation of the corrective actions
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
