Requirements:
- Min. 12 years of professional experience, including min. 7 years in Sourcing & Procurement domain
- Good understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes. Experience in sourcing strategy ideation, sourcing wave planning, sourcing execution, market research, supplier qualification, negotiations and contract closure
- Preferred experience in working in diverse, cross cultural and global teams.
- Ability to lead and manage mid-size (~30 people) teams, coach / mentor and develop team members
- Effective communication and Client facing skills, ability to maintain professional relations with the Client and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and consulting skills. Creativity & innovative approach to challenges

- Transformation Mindset: ability to identify and project manage transformation /improvement opportunities
- Good project management skills - ability to coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage plan and deliverables

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team responsible for delivery of Sourcing and Procurement services for the Client
- Create, update, share & own the regional strategy to deliver KPI's in alignment with global strategy leads. Provide program leadership on regional level
- Accountability for contractual metrics and performance management withing the team, e.g. delivering on savings targets, timely project delivery and consistent project execution quality
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks followed by mitigation strategies. Escalate quickly for any interventions on program execution
- Ensure compliance to policies, process standards and data quality
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and be able to guide and develop team members. Monitor and verify team skills for their role and guarantee a continuous training program execution
- Manage Employee satisfaction & engagement
- Relationship management with Client and internal stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance of the team operations (revenue and costs)
