Snowflake Data architect

Infosys is seeking a Snowflake Data architect Data modelling and Data engineering. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Peoria, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every ye

• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, Data modelling and Data engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Data modelling and Data engineering.
• Designing and implementing Snowflake data warehouses and data lakes
• Expertise in Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and resource management
• Proficiency in Snowflake security features (RBAC, masking policies, row-level security)
• Integration with external tools via Snowflake connectors and APIs
• Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Experience with SnapLogic, ACE, or similar integration platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
