Your role
As part of ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for driving design and development on ServiceNow platforms managed by ITSCo. This role will have broad focus on any product capability PwC is entitled to use. Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders, this role will deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

- Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader
- Product knowledge for all capabilities within the desired ServiceNow product(s) including GRC, ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, core platform
- Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with impact and confidence.
- Product management and solution design expertise and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as product feature demonstration skills
- Experience with processes: demand management, agile delivery, business process consulting
- Business acumen and understanding of a global network of firms operating model
- Preference for fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Software development life cycle, project delivery, and agile development experience
- Business process design experience a plus
- ITIL Foundations Certification
- ServiceNow Certification(s): Implementation specialist, system administrator
