Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta / Mississuga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules is must.
- PowerShell Coding Experience is must
- Experience with Flow Designer, Server Side scripting and Client Side scripting.
- Hands-on experience of ServiceNow Integration with third party application.
- Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator(CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS)
- Development Experience in ServiceNow (3 years minimum)
- Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data
- Configure applications to work with the organisation's HR processes
- Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
- Experience on Human Resources dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfaction
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules; including Case Management, HR Administration,
- Knowledge Base and Employee Service Centre
- Should be fluent in speaking, writing and reading French

- Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes.
- Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
- Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 75000 to $ 103042
