Fully onsite in office or client location.

In the role of Service Transition Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the start-up of large engagements (Transition Period), with a primary focus on outsourcing using a global delivery model. Engaging with the account team during the pursuit process to deliver the end-to-end transition solution for the client; taking control, and leading, the due diligence exercise to reduce risk and uncertainty within Infosys' offering to the client. Be the single point of accountability for transition activities. Plan, lead and manage the transition portion of outsourcing engagements while ensuring engagement profitability, customer satisfaction and effective staff utilization. Architect transition solutions including the development of cost estimates, staffing requirements, work plans and RFP responses.

Responsibilities:

• Transition Solution Design-Consult and Design Customized transition Solutions, provide inputs to the business transition solutions and Create Customized transition plan for the respective verticals and Horizontals/Program Portfolio, based on specific customer requirements.
• Leverage Global insights by being constantly innovating through internal/external intelligence.
• The Service Transition Consultant should understand Market/Industry realities, opportunities and threats and build an awareness of the domain, products, and service lines within the industry.
• Lead due diligence, solution validation, and process definition phases to ensure a seamless transition
• Develop and execute end-to-end transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Act as the primary liaison between client teams and internal functions such as operations, HR, IT, and quality
• Oversee knowledge transfer processes and ensure readiness of delivery teams through structured training and ramp-up models
• Strong program governance and stakeholder alignment, including tollgate-based execution and health reviews
• Needs to be capable of working at all levels, under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to foresee and identify risk/challenges and ensure to take appropriate course of action to mitigate challenges/issues within the project/program to achieve the required results.
• Manage Delivery and People related queries, issues and concerns especially onsite.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11 years of relevant work experience in managing large, complex projects and diverse teams across Industry domains

Preferred Qualifications:

• Delivery Management skills. Comprehensive and strong skills in project and program management.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma certifications are highly valued.
Ability to keep teams focused on delivery outcomes to meet deadlines with quality.
• Strong commercial skills and experience to be able to develop and challenge costs & benefits in business cases.
• Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment.
• Demonstrates the gravitas and courage needed to build relationships and convey authority to resolve conflicts and maintain direction.
• Good resource management, financial management, and budget management skills.
• At ease and effective in operating in an international/ cross cultural working environment.
• Fluent English speaker, additional language preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are needed, as well as experience in communicating, persuading, and influencing at senior stakeholder level.

Work Model:
This role will be a fully onsite work model from one of the office locations in Atlanta, GA, Seattle, WA or Bridgewater, NJ. This role will require occasional domestic and international travel to be client facing.
