Service Now Lead

Infosys is seeking Service Now Lead engineer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Strong organizational and project management skills, detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
Independently plan and drive programs and projects of significant complexity and risks.
Administer Wing's flight operations LMS and training infrastructure.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects.
Organizes the overall project team and establishes clear roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each project.
Analyzes project plan to identify and mitigate risks and minimize potential roadblocks.
Ensure training completion is documented and recorded in the LMS, dashboards, and training files
Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem, etc.
Facilitates meetings by sending meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and capturing and tracking issues reported during all phases of the project.
Review flight operations manuals and documents from a training perspective.
Proactively identifies dependencies between teams, resolves issues, and ensures all plans align on delivery criteria.
Influences decision making and problem solving across projects, programs, and teams.
Closes projects and reports overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders, and identifies lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
