Serrala FS2 Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced Serrala FS² Consultant to support a strategic AMS engagement for a major aerospace customer. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Serrala FS² Payments, a fully SAP-integrated solution for secure, centralized, and automated outbound payment processing. You will work closely with finance, treasury, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and fraud prevention across global payment workflows.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, compliance, and operational excellence in a high-regulation environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience with Serrala FS² Payments or similar SAP-integrated payment platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. Experience with payment formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, SEPA), and protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, API, H2H)
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

- Experience with FS² modules such as Compliance, Accounts Payable, or Vendor Portal
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and dashboards
- Exposure to fraud monitoring, sanction screening, and audit compliance
- Provide day-to-day support for Serrala FS² Payments and related modules
- Configure and maintain payment formats, bank communication protocols, and approval workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing, integration, and compliance. Collaborate with SAP and ERP teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow
- Monitor payment transactions, bank acknowledgments, and settlement reports in real-time
- Support fraud detection, embargo screening, and audit logging features
- Assist in reporting and analytics using FS² dashboards and KPIs . Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures
- Experience in aerospace or government contracting domains
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a distributed delivery model with offshore coordination
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. The estimated annual compensation for the state CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ will be 73000 to 102200 & Washington, DC will be 66100 to 100200.
