Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer
Infosys is looking for a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer, who will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

- 8-10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development roles.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Communication Cloud (Vlocity) -OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC, DPA, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features/best practices, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Experience with enterprise-grade integrations using Mulesoft, Kafka, or similar middleware.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications: PD1/PD11 certifications , and Vlocity Communications/OmniStudio Consultant preferred.
- Solution design and develop scalable, performant, and secure multi-cloud Salesforce solutions with Vlocity Industry Process Libraries (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Work closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to align technical solutions
- Experience working in integration REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, Kafka, etc. and data migration
- Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on Vlocity components like OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC, and Vlocity Cards.
- Conduct code reviews, and performance assessments.
- Define and enforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and change control in a dynamic program environment.
