担当する職務および責務:

  • 中小規模で多次元の複雑なインフォシス主導の顧客向けプログラムを遂行。成功と品質の評価について顧客と弊社の両方の評価軸を合わせる。
  • 詳細なプログラム計画を策定し、各部門の責任者やお客様のステークホルダーと連携しながら計画通りにプログラムを遂行。
  • 適切なマイルストーンを示したマスタースケジュールを策定し、各部門の責任者とモニタリングの進捗を見直し、依存関係、リスクを明らかにし、スケジュールに沿った適切な緩和策を策定。
  • 対象範囲、スケジュール、リスク、構成、変更管理、コミュニケーション、問題のエスカレーション、予算、品質、デリバリー、契約、ベンダー管理、および人員管理、等。

スキル /能力
必須
  • SAP ECCまたはS/4 HANAまたはその他のERPパッケージで製造業/自動車/CPGのお客様向けに中規模から大規模のエンドツーエンド実装でプログラムマネージャーとなった経験
  • バイリンガル。日本語 /英語での高いコミュニケーション能力

望ましい要件
  • 複数のベンダーが関わるシナリオの経験

  • お客様とのコミュニケーション能力
  • 話す・書くのコミュニケーションス能力
  • 詳細にこだわり、解析や問題解決する能力
