Infosys is seeking a experienced Senior Project Manager who is proficient in Agile frameworks including SAFe, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and utilizing metrics like Burn down charts and velocity metrics to monitor progress effectively. Strong analytical skills for business process improvement, experience in project planning and strategic organization, motivating teams and delegating tasks efficiently and technical proficiency with multiple Application Lifecycle Management Tools.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Greenwood Village, Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have capability to handle multiple projects
  • Possess good experience in creating project plans with different tools
  • Drive delivery clearing the huddles. Be more of a program manager who drives projects and not just people leader.
  • Possess good communication, presentation skills and be personable
  • Showcase the program level initiatives in Status reporting
  • Strong working experience in Jira, MS Suites, Lucid Suites or similar
  • Work experience in IT and not just Business.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in Program evaluation, business analysis, risk management, and data analytics
  • Experience in Business process standards and developing technology program roadmaps to enable measurable organizational outcomes

Preferred Skills:
  • Coach teams in mentor cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion for project deadlines and milestones.
  • Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables.
  • Develop, run and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and monitor progress using metrics and reporting tools - backlog grooming/refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owner, team members, and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues.
  • Remove impediments that could cause roadblocks, bottlenecks or dependencies on any project.
  • Monitor iteration/sprint progress from start to finish using metrics; Burn down charts, Burn up charts, Velocity charts, JIRA boards and Jellyfish.
  • Work effectively with multiple scrum teams both co-locate and geo-distributed.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate will be for Denver, CO:
Min: $101,700 and Max: $161,266
