Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules for assigned IT projects, utilizing proven methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Establish detailed budgets and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution within financial constraints.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including developers, analysts, and system administrators, to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential obstacles.
- Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring effective integration with existing infrastructure.
