Infosys is seeking Senior Product Owner. In the role of Senior Product Owner, you will be a strategic and customer-centric leader responsible for driving the vision, development, and execution of data-driven and AI-powered products. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize performance, and ensure compliance. The Senior Product Owner leverages deep analytical insights, market research, and stakeholder collaboration to launch innovative platforms and features, with a strong focus on scalability, privacy, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for data platforms, AI/ML integrations, and customer experience enhancements.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), driving improvements in retention, conversion, and cost efficiency.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and cross-functional stakeholder needs.
- Drive data strategy including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and activation across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, and sales teams to define and implement high-impact use cases.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and cross-organizational launches, achieving significant user growth and engagement.
- Conduct deep analysis of customer feedback and behavior to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Champion accessibility, privacy, and compliance initiatives across product lines.
- Manage product lifecycle, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Present product vision and updates to C-level executives and stakeholders.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in product ownership, with a focus on data, AI/ML, and analytics platforms.
- Proven success in launching enterprise-scale products and platforms.
- Strong expertise in data strategy, customer segmentation, and product analytics.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Cosmos DB, Jira, Visual Studio, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
- Proficiency in SQL, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Prior experience in tech, Telecom, AI/ML-driven product environments is preferred.
- Product Management certifications is Preferred.
- Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Cosmos DB), cloud services (AWS, Azure), and programming languages (SQL, Python).
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, and A/B testing platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, define product strategy, and drive go-to-market execution.
- Strong background in user research, customer journey mapping, and translating insights into product features.
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to present to C-level executives and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
- Exposure to international markets or distributed teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and Analytical skills
