Infosys recherche un HR Payroll Senior Process Lead pour son projet client à Paris.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing (on/off-cycle), including gross-to-net calculations and distribution of payments.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data (e.g., banking, tax, statutory deductions).
- Coordinate final payouts and separation packages for terminated employees.
- Handle data exchange and communication with third-party institutions (e.g., unions, banks).
- Post payroll costs to general ledger accounts and support year-end tax reporting.

- Investigate and resolve payroll issues such as returned payments, reversals, and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 professional services experience
- Knowledge of English at least B2
Must Have:
- End to End France Payroll Experience
- Working experience on ADP systems
- Experience on managing expat/cross country payroll
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results and deadline driven
- Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation and any query
- Strong understanding of the Regional Statutes and working with the Govt, portals
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
Good to have
- Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage
- Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP, SAP Payroll, Dayforce will be added advantage
