About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Management
  Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and budget targets.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner with product, sales, creative, and digital teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

• Analytics & Reporting
  Track campaign performance and customer engagement across the funnel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

• Program & Event Execution
  Manage end-to-end marketing programs including digital campaigns, field events, trade shows, and demand generation activities.

• Audience Engagement
  Drive audience acquisition through direct marketing, regional sales, partners, SDRs, and external agencies, targeting key customer profiles.

• Stakeholder Communication
  Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing campaign management and strategy.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
