Senior Principal OCM- Business Consulting (Workforce Transformation Practice)
Infosys Consulting is seeking Workforce Transformation Management consultants looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities working in the fast-growing WX practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 09 years of OCM project experience. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in building OCM programs, as well as in sales and practice development. The ideal should also be experienced in interacting effectively with client executives, business and IT client members in consultative project engagements.

About the Role
As a Senior Principal, you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts for the OCM program tracks on major transformation programs. You will lead the development of the OCM solution, take bottom line for delivery, and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will collaborate and interface with senior clients daily to build confidence and lead/guide the team in aligning deliverables to business needs and mitigating business risks.
You will also contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability-building within Infosys Consulting, with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding OCM solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities include:
The OCM Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of the OCM track on Infosys' largest client programs. Individuals with these specialty skills manage large, complex OCM programs, ensuring delivery of solutions against client business requirements. As the OCM Lead, you will lead a project team in delivering a solution to the client as set forth the project charter, project agreement or contract, using the appropriate methodology and approach. You will have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, and will be expected to apply normal project management techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. You will manage all project resources, including any subcontractors, and provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status updates to the client and to Infosys, focused on on-time, on-budget and on-value measurements.
A Senior Principal will also have the following other responsibilities:
Business Development/Sales
• Develop and leverage client relationships to help identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Lead development of the OCM tracks of ERP pursuits, including both solution development and written/oral proposals.
Practice Development
• Author OCM points of view, methodologies, tools, and IP.
• Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention of top consulting talent.
• Advance personal and firm brand though presence in social media, publications and speaking events.
People Development
• Coach and mentor junior consultants in practice area.
• Build OCM team through mentoring, training and on the job coaching.
• Participate actively in performance management processes for counselees and team members.
Basic Qualifications:
• 9+ years of end-to-end OCM experience for technology transformation programs.
• At least 3 full-life-cycle technology implementations in key OCM roles.
• At least 1 full-life-cycle technology implementation in lead OCM role.
• Track record of consulting sales and business development, including delivering on quantitative financial targets.
• Track record of consulting practice building and offerings/IP development; demonstrated thought leadership in field(s) of expertise.
• Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills (development of the presentation and executive level presentation).
• Comfort with change and ambiguity; ability to flex approach to changing external stimuli.
• Highly collaborative work style, with a history of strong internal and external business partnerships.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, (weekly travel) depending on client requirements.

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN states, estimated annual compensation will be $157500 to $192500
