Infosys Consulting is seeking senior-level Management Consulting professionals with Healthcare- Dental Insurance Consulting experience to join its growing Healthcare practice at the Senior Principal Level. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to dental insurance carriers, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth, while driving overall business growth in the dental space

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 10 years or more of management consulting experience serving dental clients, and bring a broad understanding of dental insurance operations and a deep knowledge of the dental value chain, The candidate will demonstrate knowledge of but not limited to claims processing, network management, revenue cycle management and regulatory compliance. The candidate will work with client leadership to drive strategy and insights, determine the right technology and platforms to drive transformation for their business. The candidate will operate independently, demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality work products and lead projects and consulting teams.

The candidate will also contribute to the development of solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients and market needs and work to increase adoption of Infosys driven solutions. In addition, this individual will lead customer sales pursuits and develop project proposals. This position is responsible for delivering actionable value across the dental system.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and teams to drive analyses of dental insurance operations and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and build long term client relationships.
  • Lead the development of project proposals, pricing models and orals preparation
  • Provide overall project management, solution leadership and critical problem solving
  • Address and resolve project delivery issues within reasonable timeframes for all project components
  • Manage ad hoc client requests and provide clients with feedback on feasibility and timelines
  • Ability to delegate effectively and develop junior team members as effective consultants
  • Able to operate effectively with ambiguity, structure responses, and seek clarity from leaders
  • Directs team members in updating project plans, change of scope, risk logs, etc.
  • Provide coordination for the overall project and identifies synergies, duplication of efforts or overlap, and any project gaps.
  • Works with consultants to develop analytic approach and methods and works with the team to prepare client deliverables:
  • Leads the development and delivery of key findings, recommendations (including priorities when appropriate), and develops presentations for client executive audiences
  • Participate in the research and product development process.
  • Support practice management processes including utilization, staffing, opportunity tracking, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Proven experience of minimum of 10 years with large Dental carriers and at least 5 years of advisory consulting experience in comparable consulting services.
  • Strong understanding of dental industry value chain
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

  • Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Locations of Boston, New York, Basking Ridge, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Seattle or must reside in city that is within a 2 hour driving distance from one of these hub locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An MBA with an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, business, analytics,
  • Strong client facing skills including presentations to senior leadership, advice and consult with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, integrate and deliver business, IT and transformative projects
  • Strong planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to derive insight and infer business implications from data.
  • Familiarity with statistics and advanced methods such as AI/Machine Learning preferred
  • Ability to provide guidance to stakeholders in understanding business value of the initiative.
  • Ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to complete project, with demonstrated commitment to meeting deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and self-manage.

For candidates based out of CA, WA, & NY, states, estimated annual compensation will be $157500 to $192500
