Job Description:
Infosys is establishing the Infosys Procurement Marketplace (Aggregator Model) focused on solving low value, non-core spend/tail spend challenges across industries. This service line with will initially focus on spend categories like industrial MRO, Office supplies, IT consumables, facilities consumables etc. The IPM would be leveraging AI, analytics, and digital platforms to deliver high-impact procurement transformation for Fortune 500 enterprises and beyond in Tail Spend Management.
We are seeking a visionary and experienced procurement executive to lead this initiative. As the Leader for the Infosys Procurement Marketplace, you will architect and operationalize the strategy, build global delivery teams, and define technology-enabled solutions to position Infosys as a leader in next-generation procurement services in this domain.

Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global strategy for driving the growth of the Infosys Procurement Marketplace
- Build the vertical ground-up with end-to-end ownership of organizational design, talent acquisition and delivery excellence for IPM
- Translate market trends into executable value propositions that resonate with procurement leaders globally
- Champion the design and deployment of proprietary, AI-driven procurement solutions focused on Source to Pay as well as IPM
- Partner with Infosys AI, Data Science, and Digital teams to co-create transformative tools and platforms
- Build and lead multi-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and North America
- Define and establish the global operating model for IPM
- Drive excellence in Procure-to-Pay processes, supplier innovation, and compliance management
- Serve as the senior executive interface with client CPOs, CFOs, COOs and CEOs
- Lead solution design and delivery for transformation engagements with measurable cost, efficiency, and risk mitigation outcomes
- Act as a thought partner and transformation advisor to global customers
- Design and institutionalize Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks
- Develop strategic partnerships with global and regional suppliers, aggregators, and marketplace platforms
- Embed ESG, supplier diversity, and innovation metrics in supplier ecosystem performance
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- LEAN and Six Sigma Certification
- Proven track record of building and scaling global procurement operations and P&L management
- Deep expertise in Tail Spend Management, Indirect Procurement, and MRO categories
- Experience with AI/ML, analytics, and digital procurement platforms
- Strong financial acumen, risk management, and budgeting skills
- Experience in managing and influence C-suite executives and cross-functional global teams in North America, Europe and Asia
- Experience with sustainability, ESG sourcing, and supplier collaboration models is highly desirable
This role is client facing with ability to be remote (WFH) or in the office when not client facing. Role will require some domestic and international travel for business.
