Senior Pega Administrator

Infosys is seeking a Senior Pega Administrator. As a Senior Pega Administrator, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in in-depth hands-on application development & administration experience in managing Pega Applications with Oracle Administration
• Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
• DBA Certification is preferred
• Hands on Pega Administration and Plug-in development is must
• Knowledge on Database Admin - Oracle to handle Pega Applications is added advantage
• Must have hands on Bamboo/Bitbucket/Jenkins experience
• Strong working experience in SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge on UNIX and Shell Scripting is nice to have
• Agile Programs Execution Experience
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
