Senior Mortgage Data Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Senior Mortgage Data Analyst.
In this role you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving/ Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• Experience as a Data Analyst.

• At least 4+ years' experience as BA in Mortgage Origination/Mortgage Servicing.
• At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Must have an excellent understanding of US Mortgage Industry with ability to converse smoothly with business and technical teams at different levels.
• Conceptual understanding of MISMO Standards, Standard Mortgage Integrations (Credit, Flood, Title, MI, AUS).
• Must have Data mapping experience with ability to drive exploratory sessions to map data fields from source systems to destination systems.
• Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)-Ability to run queries and also write complex queries.
• Experience in validating data accuracy for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls to identify business insights.
• Perform data flow research and analyze data sources to design data mapping and transformation solutions.
• Proficient in using data management and analysis tools including basic Microsoft applications, Tableau, Power BI and Analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Scaled Agile) as a Business Analyst
• Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.)
• Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
