Senior Java Technology Architect

Infosys is hiring a Senior Java Technology Architect -As a Senior Technology Architect to support and enhance enterprise web applications. This role involves managing multiple tracks of AMS including incident management, problem management, enhancements, audits and continuous improvements and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Lead projects across multiple applications and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Lead the development and maintenance web applications using Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript, Java Spring boot, Microservices and SQL Server, Oracle & MongoDB technologies
• Conduct extensive design and impact analysis for complex requirements

• Ensure code reviews, testing, and deployment activities happen on time and expected quality.
• Oversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track the progress of the project and report weekly status highlighting the accomplishment, focus areas, risks, open items, dependencies etc.
• Automate the complete development process using continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Quality assurance by defining and performing functional, regression, performance test and adhering to guidelines and SLA
• Proactive monitoring of application components and Perform PMA Analysis (Problem Management Analysis) to prioritize root cause issues.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Angular, NodeJs, JavaScript, Java Spring boot, Microservices and SQL Server, Oracle & MongoDB technologies
• Experience in managing multiple tracks in support and development projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Modern Frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong experience in Auto domain and related applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem solving and Excellent communication skills with experience engaging customers and stakeholders
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
