Senior SEO, AI & Analytics Specialist
Senior Domain Lead
We are looking for a Senior SEO & Analytics Specialist to lead our organic search strategy, strengthen our technical SEO foundation, and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics. This role will partner closely with strategy, content, design web development, and marketing teams to drive organic traffic growth, improve website performance, and ensure that our SEO efforts are measurable and impactful.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis. Own keyword prioritization
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- AI Search strategy: Lead and implement tactics to increase citations and mentions on LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
- Act as the "Findability leader" to connect dots across content, code, schema, and reporting to ensure you are found and answering the market's questions
- Conduct regular technical site audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.
- Partner with developers to implement SEO best practices across site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and other technical SEO elements.
- Serve as the in-house expert on Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Own SEO tools like SEMRush, Brightedge.
- Set up advanced tracking, conversion goals, and custom dashboards to measure SEO performance.
- Be an expert for Content square
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Work closely with content, UX, and product teams to ensure SEO is embedded in all web initiatives.
- Collaborate with broader marketing analytics and SEO teams to align on enterprise-level initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 9 years of experience related to the job description.
- Hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record in driving organic traffic growth.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including advanced configuration and analysis. Content square (heatmapping tool) experience is a bonus
- Strong background in technical SEO (site architecture, page speed optimization, structured data, log file analysis).
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Brightedge and DeepCrawl. Experience with AI tools is a bonus.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with enterprise-level SEO in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Knowledge of schema markup and advanced structured data implementation.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization.
