Senior Consultant-Teamcenter
Infosys is seeking a Teamcenter Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the performance, reliability, and usability of Teamcenter PLM systems. You will lead support operations, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards. This role requires expertise in Teamcenter PLM modules, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in production support environments.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require limited travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 4+ Yrs of experience required
Manage and deploy Teamcenter updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and configurations, CAD and integrations
Collaborate with development teams and business users to implement enhancements and customizations.
Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and proactively address system bottlenecks.
Support user administration, including roles, permissions, and access control.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to AMS processes, configurations, and customizations.
Coordinate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Expertise on Teamcenter modules like Workflows, Organization, Structure Manager, My Teamcenter, AWC
Strong experience of CAD integrations and Non-CAD integrations (NX, T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC) is a plus.
Proficient in Teamcenter SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), ITK (Integration Toolkit), RAC (Rich Application Client), and Active Workspace.
Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to maximize system adoption.
Working experience in AMS processes, ITIL frameworks, and SLA-driven environments.
Strong ability to collaborate in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring to work with other teams and with clients to meet the SLAs and resolution of incidents.
Strong analytical skills and need to support license management. Oversee the allocation, distribution and renewal of licenses. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and policies.
Good understanding of PLM business processes and data management.
Working experience in the software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Active Workspace, Rich Client, Teamcenter CAD and tools.
Experience with My Teamcenter, PLM workflows, BOM management, change management, Part Management is a plus
Knowledge of CAD integration (e.g., NX) and Non-CAD(e.g., T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC) with Teamcenter
Experience to Agile and DevOps methodologies in AMS context
Provide end-to-end application management services for Teamcenter, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of Teamcenter issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Review of implemented changes, integrations, and scripts to enhance Teamcenter functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Teamcenter.
Implement and enforce best practices for Teamcenter administration and security.
Lead or participate in AMS governance and reporting activities, including service level agreements (SLA) compliance.
Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, tools, and PLM trends.
Ensure to know ITIL or other relevant IT service management processes
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
