- 世界各地で多様な環境で働くチームメンバーかつ、上下のメンバーと協力的に作業できる高い業務管理スキル
- 高い ITスキル－一般的な計算ソフト、オフィスソフトを扱うスキル
- 会話と文書による高いコミュニケーション・スキル
- 技術的かつ論理的な高い問題解決スキル
- ７年－１０年の SAP販売管理 (SD)、調達・在庫管理 (MM)の設計、導入経験（中級レベル）
- 小売業、 SD 、 MM 機能についての深い理解と豊富な知識、特に FIと日本の税制に関する知識
- SAPディストリビューション機能がどのようにSD、 MM、倉庫管理システムと統合されているのかについての深い理解と知識
- SAP ERP実装のプロジェクトにおいて最低１度は全てのサイクルを経験済み
- 一人で作業できるがチームワークもあり、チーム全体と協力できる能力
- 新しいテクノロジーを学び、理解し、問題解決のために利用する姿勢
- ビジネス・パートナーの上級担当者とコミュニケーションを取り、要件詳細を理解し、革新的ソリューションを提供する能力
- 各機能トラック内における統合の工数等、業務プロセスのサポートに必要とされる技術的な内容理解
- グローバル・テンプレート・ロールアウトのプロジェクト（システム・コンフィグを含む）において SAP Logisticsのコンサルタントとして従事する。レポーティングかつSD/MMの経験が必要。
- 業務プロセスを分析（ローカリゼーション）し、システム機能にマッピングする。
- 業務チーム、 ITチームとコミュニケーションを取って情報を収集し、ソリューションを提供し問題を解決する。
- SD、MM以外にもFI、CO、WMなどの基本知識というような一般的な知識を有する。
- SIT、UATに向けたテストデータ、シナリオ、スクリプトの準備のサポート。UAT実施と不具合管理プロセスにおいてチームをサポート（問題を記録、ソリューションのステータスを管理、など）。
- トレーニング資料を日本語で準備し、 トレーニング・セッションにおいてチームをサポート。
- プロジェクト用資料の作成をサポート。
- 実装期間中に不具合を修正する際に各モジュール担当のコンサルタントをサポートする。
- アドオンの機能仕様書を作成し、テストデータを提供するなどして技術チームをサポートする。
- SD 、 MM の特徴の全てを理解した上で、問題を調査する。
- 様々な応募者を考慮する。
